Treat someone to a Finesse Beauty gift voucher!
Gift vouchers are available for purchase in salon or online below. Vouchers purchased online will be emailed to either yourself or the recipient.
Please note if you are purchasing a voucher for a loved one to use within a specific timeframe, we strongly recommend booking their appointment at the same time, especially in the case of family or friends staying over Christmas.
If you prefer a card voucher in an envelope with a brochure to gift, these can be purchased by credit card or internet banking and can be delivered for an extra charge. Phone Finesse Beauty Therapy on 04 9026618 to arrange.
Finesse Beauty vouchers are valid for three years from the issue date.
Please note voucher expiries may vary depending on the original purchase date of the voucher :
- 12 months for vouchers purchased prior to 16 March 2026
- Three years for vouchers purchased after 16 March 2026
We recommend booking in with your voucher as soon as possible as we are a busy salon. Please note if you are purchasing a voucher for a loved one to use within a specific timeframe, we strongly recommend booking their appointment at the same time, especially in the case of family or friends staying over Christmas.
Vouchers are purchased for a monetary amount - they can be used on treatments or to purchase products in our salon if you prefer, they are not refundable for cash, returnable or transferable.
Redeeming your Voucher:
If you are booking an appointment with a voucher, please notify us and provide the details at the time of booking. Your voucher may be redeemed if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or you do not turn up to an appointment as per our cancelation policy.
Please bring your voucher with you to your appointment.
We will put the monetary amount of your voucher towards your treatment, there may be more to pay towards your treatment, or you may have some voucher balance left over for use on another appointment.
Expired Vouchers:
Vouchers that have not been used within the expiry stated are expired. In some circumstances with expired vouchers the Finesse Team may allow use of your voucher with set terms and conditions.
Lost Vouchers:
In the event your voucher has gone missing let us know and we should be able to find it on our database. We will put a note on your file with the details and recommend booking it as soon as possible.
