Finesse Beauty Therapy Policies
Here at Finesse Beauty Therapy, we do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. Please give us a call at your earliest convenience to modify or cancel your appointment, including changing any services booked.
Please understand that when you cancel or reschedule your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waitlist miss the chance to receive our services.
Late Cancellations , No Shows and changing the services you are booked in for have a significant impact on our business and we hope that you can understand our need to enforce these policies.
Appointments which are canceled less than 24 hours prior to your appointment are deemed a 'Late Cancellation' and may incur a charge of 50% of the amount of the total booked services. If you do not turn up to an appointment it will be deemed a “ No-show ” and you will be charged 100% of your appointment.
Appointments with 'Late Cancellation' or 'No-Show' amounts are to be paid before rebooking of the total booked services.
Repeat 'Late Cancellation' or 'No-Show' of appointments may result with a mandatory nonrefundable 50% deposit required at time of booking or details of your credit / debit card kept on your file.
Please note that if you are late for your appointment we may have to shorten or amend your service(s) booked, this may result in being charged for the total of original services booked.
If we do not hear from you 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show”, and you will be charged for 100% of the appointment.
If you are unwell, please let us know at your earliest convenience. Even if your appointment is several days away, we would rather you reschedule.
We ask kindly that you please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell.
We reserve the right to refuse service if you are visibly unwell and potentially charge for services booked.
In some cases, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The deposit is refundable if your appointment is canceled in advance with more than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be taken off your total on the day.
Your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel with less than 24 hours to your appointment, or if you do not turn up.
Finesse Beauty accommodates group bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your group booking. The deposit is refundable if your appointment is canceled in advance with more than 48 hours’ notice given, the deposit will be taken off your total on the day.
Any changes or cancelations to group bookings are required with at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments which are canceled with less than 48 hours prior, are deemed a 'Late Cancellation' and may incur a charge of 50% of the total booked services.
If you do not turn up to an appointment it will be deemed a “ No-show ”, and you will be charged 100%.
Finesse Beauty vouchers are valid for 12 months from the issue date.
We recommend booking in with your voucher as soon as possible as we are a busy salon. Please note if you are purchasing a voucher for a loved one to use within a specific timeframe, we strongly recommend booking their appointment at the same time, especially in the case of family or friends staying over Christmas.
Vouchers are purchased for either a monetary amount or a specific service, they can be used to purchase products in our salon if you prefer or changed for a different service*, they are not refundable for cash.
Redeeming your Voucher:
If you are booking an appointment with a voucher, please notify us and provide the details at the time of booking. Your voucher may be redeemed if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or you do not turn up to an appointment as per our cancelation policy.
Please bring your voucher with you to your appointment.
*If you would like to book in for a different service from your voucher you are more than welcome to. We will put the monetary amount of your voucher towards your treatment, there may be more to pay towards your treatment, or you may have some voucher balance left over for use on another appointment.
Expired Vouchers:
Vouchers that have not been used within the 12 months from issue are expired. In some circumstances the Finesse Team may allow partial use of your voucher with set terms and conditions.
Lost Vouchers:
In the event your voucher has gone missing let us know and we should be able to find it on our database. We will put a note on your file with the details and recommend booking it as soon as possible.
Please contact us at your earliest convenience to modify any services booked during your appointment. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to amend the services you have booked, less than 24 hours or changing at the time of your appointment may result in a charge of the full amount of the original booked services.
